I want to buy the Merinda cognac Hunter boots but I'd like to try them on first because you charge for returns.
I can't find a store with my size in Toronto.
What do you suggest I do?

I really like these boots but given the prize and return shipping costs I’m hesitant to buy given the questions I have around the size guide. My feet are about 3.9” wide by 9.6 or 9.7” long. I’m normally a size 9 but nothing in the size guide makes sense given my actual foot measurements. Could someone please help? Thanks.

Hi, our Santana boots fit on the narrow side so we recommend you round up in size. If you normally wear a size 9, we recommend you round up to size 10.

Hi, I'm looking for a winter boot suitable for Ontario winters N of the GTA, something I can wear while shoveling, and hike in deep snow while keeping my feet warm and dry. Would you Morella boots be suitable for this?

    Hi Marie-Christine,

    It's saying a size 40 would be around a size 7.
