    Hi my size is 7 and half in the past I ordered from the Bay store size 8 they where little long and large I returned them back I still have the old one it said 37 witch size I need to order I know the brand and love it thank you for your help,

    So I'm trying to find a store where I can actually try those boots. I'm hesitating between 8 or 9, Merida Cognac Hunter. I live in Ottawa but could not find any store around where they carry those boots, even though the I can locate the store that carry the brand, they don't carry the model. Could you please help? Direct me to a store that actually do. Thanks

    I don't think we have any in Ottawa currently. We recommend a size up however we can offer free return shipping if they don't fit.

    Love these boots. However a lot of reviews say size up. I am normally a 9.5 or 10 and my feet are very narrow. Should I order an 11 or 10? 11 you are listing as a euro 42. I would say I am a 41 euro size but wondering if the tightness is coming from the fur lining. Thank you

    Hi Tina,

    If your normally a 9.5 or 10 then we recommend you get the 10. These boots are wool lined so you don't need a large sock.

    i wear size 8 with a width that is somewhere between medium and wide. how do these boots fit seeing that they are made in italy as i usually don't have much luck in italian shoe sizing. thank you :)

    Hi Kristine,

    These boots fit a medium width, but not a wide width so if you're in between and medium- wide width there may be an issue. However it is hard for us to determine exactly.

    Hi, I love your winter boots. But I have a question: is it an overknee boot? I have lots of boots, but I really need one pair, for walking in snow with my knees covered by boots.

    So happy to hear that! Thank you! No this is not an over the knee boot, it is much below, It is mid calf. These would be perfect for you to walk in the snow however would not cover your knees.
