    I take a half size (8.5) in a shoe - what size do you recommend for purchase, size 8 or size 9? Why are there not half sizes?

    Hi Jennifer,

    We always recommend to go up a size. Customers usually like to wear thicker winter socks with them as well. For you we would recommend the 9. They're is not enough volume in every half size to produce. Hope this helps!

    What is the shaft circumference and height? I have larger calves so it is very hard for me to find nice boot that fits well. Thank you.

    Hi Meredith,

    The shaft height of this boot is 9.8" and the circumference is 12". These boots will most likely not be good for larger calves.
